Bambini Style practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. What are the refunds/exchange policy?
There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. We will need a copy of your receipt to be included in the return.
Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense and sent to the Bambini Style store address.
We can not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale. Please note: A returned item must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact or we are unable to accept the item for return or exchange.
Does the Bambini Style deliver worldwide?
Yes , we will ship all over the world. Shipping costs may vary so please see shipping details for further information on this. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
When will my order be sent?
All orders (excluding furniture) received and confirmed prior to 3pm will be dispatched on the same day, this excludes weekends and public holidays. Lilly and Lolly orders are despatched the Friday after they are received.
When will my order arrive?
All orders should arrive between 2-5 days . Should you require your delivery faster please contact us and a nominal fee will be added.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat rate $10.00 throughout Australia, excluding furniture and large bulky items.
We use Australia Post registered mail. As all parcels need to be signed for, we ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address, where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive the item as they will need to be signed for. If you require faster delivery, please advise us at time of delivery. There may be an additional charge for this.
Delivery is free of charge for all orders over $150 (excluding furniture and overseas orders).
Do you gift wrap?
All orders sent from Bambini Style are delicately wrapped in our store tissue paper . Should you require your order to be wrapped as a gift please let us know in the comments section of the ordering process and we will wrap free of charge.
